Dear Jennifer,

I like the “little” reference because I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I could ever weigh 145 lbs. after I had once weighed 250 lbs. When I had called you I weighed 191 lbs. That was in Fed. My wish was to weigh below 200 then my life’s dream was to weigh below 150. I never thought that would happen.(1st time in 40 years)  I have to admit I was getting tired the 2nd time on Phase 2 and wanted a break with all the temptations at work and cheated 2 times a little but really didn’t feel good after because I had been eating so well. I will be done with Phase 3 just before I visit Annetta in July. I can wear a size 6 now depending on how it’s cut. My fat thighs are actually slim. At my age I need a body lift but I feel so-o-o-o much better. So many people notice the difference. Yes, my boobs have shrunk BUT so has my BUTT and THIGHS. It’s amazing what people will say to you. Your FACE. I say yes, what about my face? You can’t predict where fat will come off your body when you diet. Do you want Diabetes? Heart disease? Stroke? or Boobs? Do you want more energy? Do you want your lab work to be better like Cholestrol, LDL HDL? Mine were always good because I didn’t eat that junk other people ate. So shut up and do what you have to do and stop complaining. So people are asking me more about this diet now. Some are trying to do it without the supplelments. I tell them that’s dangerous. Some are doing shots. Well, I’m singing the praises of this program. When prople hear about 500 calories, they gasp. Well, if your not willing to do the time, you are not going to get the results you want, so as Dr Phip once said and I’ll never forget it “When you are really tired of being fat, you will do something about it.” I have given many people your web site and name if they are interested. I never push. I just provide the info. If they want to go foward, I leave that up to them. They always ask the price. I tell them it all depends on what you want to do and how much you want to lose. I had to lose a person and did a cleanse before dieting and then tell them that it’s cheaper than a trip to the hospital and acquiring diabetes or cardiovascular disease, etc. you decide what you think is cheaper. Besides, what do think you pay for Jenny Craig or some of the other programs? Or Lapbands that almost always come back to the hospital with followup complications in time. You see I look like a weigh less than I actually do. Now, I am going to start exercising. I know that I am not going to be firm like a young person, but I am going to do the best I can with what I have and see where I end up and who knows, maybe…..I will let you know the results. All I know is that I love you very much and I thank you for this program and God bless you.
