Phase 2- Steamed Meatballs

* Steamed Meatballs:

3.5 oz ground Chicken or Turkey Breast or Grass Fed Beef

Mix with your choice of approved flavors…like garlic, minced onion, powders, Italian Seasoning, Mexican Seasoning, etc., and roll into about 5 small meatballs or your desired size. Then, steam them in a basket for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. I like to turn them and make sure I don’t run out of water as they cook.

Serve over you normal lettuce & tomato salad – or whatever combo you prefer. These would also be good with steamed spinach, cooked cabbage, etc.
