Phase 2- Chicken Breast Chili

Ckicken Breast Chili:

3.5oz. Ground Chicken or Turkey Breast or Grass Fed Beef

1-1/2c chopped fresh tomatoes with as much juice as you can capture

To Season: Sm Amount Chopped Onion

(Organic) Ckn Broth (without sugar, msg, etc.)

Rounded – 1 tsp chili pwdr

Level – 1 tsp cumin

¼ tsp sweet or hot paprika

Garlic (I use dried minced) or garlic pwdr

Sm Amt Onion Pwdr to taste

For more spice add cayenne

Put sm amount of chicken broth (or water if you prefer) into med sauce pan to sauté onion and cook meat adding broth as needed. When cooked through add desired chicken broth (to ensure your preferred thickness), all of the spices and tomatoes. Cook until flavors meld adding broth as needed.
