Phase 2- Coffee anyone?

I perfected my coffee mocha drink.  I make sure not to have breadsticks on the days I drink the coffee treat.  I use 1 tsp. organic cocoa, 3 packets Xylitol, 1 tsp. vanilla protein powder and about 1/2 C. water.  I microwave and stir it, then add coffee to fill the rest of my big mug!  It’s such a treat!  It’s gotten me through some major cravings, and…I still lose when I drink it!
