4 oz of full fat (4%) cottage cheese or greek yogurt

4 oz frozen unsweetened blueberries

1/2 c crushed ice

1/2 c water

1 T vanilla

3 T stevia or 4 packets

Layer in blending cup in order cottage cheese, blueberries, vanilla, sweetner, crushed ice, last thing water.
