just wanted to keep you updated on how the diet is going and so far so good. im down a little more than 15lbs in almost 3 weeks  clothes starting to fit a little loose now and it isnt hard at all… i’m loving it.. and i am doing the vegeterian one just because its easier for me to do than to cook meat. will tell u the final results when i finish my first bottle! 🙂

    For those having a hard time losing weight when you eat beef. I found that I still lose weight when I eat beef, I just only have it for lunch. Then for dinner I have a lighter meat like fish. Also, a good rule of thumb in order to keep the weight level in Phase 4 is to eat Breakfast like a King (no, not like a pig) then eat Lunch like a Prince and finally eat Dinner like a Pauper.
